Communications & CRM Coordinator Sought
DRW seeks a Communications & CRM Coordinator who has demonstrated ability with digital media and use of CRM software necessary to provide for the communications and community organizing needs of a nonprofit engaged in disability rights related systemic advocacy. The position also requires someone with the ability to: research and write publications and convert technical and complex information or concepts into accessible and understandable language; effectively develop and publish web-based advocacy information; effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences using mass and social media; facilitate meetings and discussions; maintain ethical and organizational standards, communicate a position well, respectfully consider other positions, and treat people of different positions and backgrounds with respect and dignity; establish a course of action to achieve a goal; allocate time and other resources effectively and efficiently while organizing and managing multiple tasks; and to perform all of the responsibilities set forth in this position description.
The Communications & CRM Coordinator creates and disseminates content that effectively describes and promotes the work of DRW and uses electronic and print media, CRM software, in-person training, outreach and community organizing to engage communities to participate in disability related advocacy and system change.
