American Sign Language (ASL) Access to Services

People who use American Sign Language (ASL) are experiencing barriers to accessing public benefits and publicly-funded services. All eligible people with disabilities should be able to access public benefits and publicly-funded services.

DRW has experience working with Washington State agencies to improve services for people with disabilities, including those who use ASL. DRW is looking into barriers that people who use ASL encounter when trying to access public benefits or other publicly-funded services.
