Do you know a student who is transitioning out of high school and into the “real world”?  Do you want to make sure the student get the tools they need to make a successful transition?  Whether you are a student, friend or family member, educator, or simply interested in school issues impacting students with disabilities – we want to hear from you!

Disability Rights Washington (“DRW”) has created an online survey and we’d like your feedback on transition issues and trends.  You can get to the survey here.*

What are transition services?  Transition services are a coordinated set of activities to help prepare students with disabilities for life after high school based on the student’s interests & needs. Transition services are provided to students who are involved in special education services with their school district and have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Your responses to this survey will remain confidential.  Jump in and tell us what you think!
