Request Services

If you have a question about your rights or need assistance, please contact us!

DRW Resource Advocates are available to talk with you between the hours of 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Advocates receive dozens of calls a day, and as such they may not be available to take your call right away.  You may be asked to call back later in the day.

Our goal is to reply to requests for services within 3 business days, but due to the amount of requests we receive, it sometimes takes longer to reply.
