Regional Accessible Transit Guide (RATG)

The Regional Accessible Transit Guide (RATG) describes in detail all the transit and paratransit systems in Snohomish, King and Pierce Counties. Find it online at www.ratg.org. Alternative formats of the guide may be requested by calling (800) 201-4900 or (206) 398-5410 TTY.

Sound Transit Accessibility

Sound Transit has created a regional transit system that is safe and easy to use by everyone, including pedestrians, senior citizens, people with disabilities, bicyclists and other riders. Sound Transit works with local communities, jurisdictions, and transportation agencies to place and design facilities and services that fit local community plans.

Metro Paratransit

Metro is committed to providing King County residents and visitors with valued transportation services, and our services extend to customers with special needs due to age or disabilities. Metro provides ACCESS Transportation paratransit service for qualified customers, and 100% of Metro buses are accessible.

Community Transit Accessibility

Every Community Transit bus is equipped with a wheelchair lift or ramp. Coach Operators are trained to assist people with disabilities in boarding and securing their wheelchairs on the bus. Most buses also have a kneeling feature to make stepping on board easier.
